Many opportunities for employment exist at Plumb Works, Inc. Plumb Works participates in the State Apprenticeship Program. Employees participating in this program get on-the-job-training as well as attend night school.
Service technicians are an integral part of the company. Requirements for this position include vocational training and/or experience on the job. Opportunities also exist as Field Supervisor and in Sales. A Field Supervisor position is for the more experienced plumber who may also want to become a Master Plumber.
All employees of the company are continuously sharpening their skills to become better service technicians. The Sabols encourage all employees to continue their education. They hold monthly Safety Meetings, Weekly Staff Meetings, and Monthly Technical Training.
Plumb Works provides training, code books and state training classes for its employees who are interested in obtaining a Journeyman or Master Plumber license. Plumb Works encourages all employees to pursue these licenses and will aid employees on their quest for certification.
Employees at Plumb Works, Inc. receive a number of benefits. Health and Dental Insurance, as well as participation in the 401K program are standard benefits. Employees also receive paid vacation, holiday, and sick days. Vehicles are provided. The Sabols also take their employees on an annual Deep Sea Fishing Trip.

If you refer qualified applicants for current full or part-time positions, we will reward you with $500 for an apprentice or $1,000 for a Licensed Plumber after the new employee has worked for Plumb Works for 90 days.
