In 1990 Jim Sabol and Cary Mandeville combined their talents to create Plumb Works, Inc., a plumbing company specializing in residential renovation. Jim Sabol was doing residential remodeling and plumbing in Atlanta, Georgia for five years under the name of J&A Plumbing. Cary Mandeville had a twenty year plumbing service background. The men combined their businesses so that they could offer both residential and commercial renovation as well as service to their customers.
In 1996 Sabol bought out Mandeville and continued running the company on his own. His brother Jerome joined the company as Service Manager.
Plumb Works, Inc. has grown over the last eleven years to a team of ten Service Techs as well as a friendly office staff. Renee Sabol, Jim's wife, manages the Human Resource department for the company and their daughter Ashley is responsible for Customer Relations. The Sabols pride themselves on providing quality work, and value their repeat customers. After all, the best advertising is word of mouth!
Plumb Works is actively involved in a number of professional organizations including the National Association of Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors, Quality Service Contractors, Metro Plumbing Association, and the State Plumbing and Mechanical Association. Both Jim and Jerome Sabol have become Master Plumbers and actively encourage all of their service technicians to obtain this certification by participating in the State Apprenticeship Program.
